Wilderness advising to weave rites of passage work into your daily life.

Companies & Teams

Eco-systemic Leadership, Strategy & Governance

We work with companies & teams who want to bring the more-than-human world into their decision making process & build an identity big enough to relate to bodies of water and entire ecosystems.

Phase 1: Departure
We prep for our journey with an audit of the existing decision-making process, relating styles, and identity-creating stories. What perspective and assumptions act as inputs? What behaviors and stories determine outputs? Where is the organization’s center? What does it revolve around?

Phase 2: Threshold
Using land-based technologies we reintegrate teams into the wider natural world and then map the unique dialogues that emerge. How does this group receive complex information and make sense of it? What parts of the ecosystem is business uniquely attuned to care about?

Phase 3: Return
A facilitated process to translate learnings and maps into daily rituals and practices the group can commit to waking each day.

Philanthropists and Family Offices

Eco-centric Thesis Development and Execution

We work with individuals and family offices who want shift from giving based on personal values to moving money through personal relationships.

The dominant form of philanthropy does little to shift existing power structures and create lasting change. But before money can move in new ways, people need to move in new ways.

This work allows philanthropists to step out of the world of money and into the world of relatedness. To build new forms of connection to the body, the community, and the natural world so that their money is just one of the ways they relate to the world.

Phase 1: Reflecting

We start with an audit of how the individual or family office currently makes decisions and what this says about their identity and their unique form of relating. .

Phase 2: Mapping

Through a series of practices and in-person experiences, we map the sensitivities and gifts of the individuals and the whole. This helps us better understand what parts of the more-than-human world are seeking a deeper relationship.

Phase 3: Relating
Rather than giving money from afar, we focus attention on a few high value relationships to begin building. Over time these relationships serve as new modes of discovery and deployment.

Individuals and Practitioners

Crafting an Eco-centric life

We work with Individuals and Practitioners who have connected to something bigger, through medicine or ceremony or some other life changing event, and want to integrate their learnings into their life. This is for people who find themselves living between worlds: work and life. Retreats and home. Giving everything and recovering.

Phase 1: Reflecting

We start with an audit of your current movements through life. What spaces do you oscillate between? Who are you in these spaces? What tools do you have to replenish & release? What season of life do you find yourself in?

Phase 2: Mapping

Then we map the different paths into deeper connection with ourselves, community, and natural world. What parts of the world are you uniquely attuned to? What animals are calling to you? What bodies of water or trees or rocks or types of fire? What time of day is calling you most?

Phase 3: Relating
Then we invite people into these paths through practices, personal curriculums, and new relationships.
