ABOUT Adam and Anna

Anna McCracken is a strategist and storyteller working at the intersection of creativity, systems design and narrative architecture. She is a qualified therapist, has a Masters in Human Rights Law and facilitates rewilding experiences and camps for individuals and teams. She helps organisations understand how people make meaning, move through change, and organise around shared values and purpose. Anna has advised multinational and international organisations and Governments, as well as worked closely with Aboriginal communities across Australia on innovative development. Anna is known for her ability to bridge worlds—translating between cultures, disciplines, and ways of thinking in complex environments. She helps teams articulate not only what they do, but who they are and why it matters for our collective future.

Adam works with individuals, teams, and organizations to gain greater awareness of who they are and how they make meaning in the world. He specializes in bringing unconscious and unspoken narratives to the surface and weaving them together into collective stories that speak to culture-wide challenges and opportunities. His work draws from frameworks in psychology, somatics, creative writing, mythology, and personal experience. He’s a certified IFS coach, worked as a journalist in the NYC art scene, and spent 15 years developing narratives and identities for startups and global companies. Today, he’s also exploring the intersection of personal development and philanthropy, creating experiences and meeting spaces for wealth holders who want to more consciously shift from a phase of accumulation to distribution.
